MY SAN FRANCISCO TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This weekend while everyone else was here stuck in San Diego, I was hanging out in San Jose and San Francisco! San Francisco is the most amazing city that I have ever been too! I went there because it was my friends birthday and he wanted me to go out on the town with him and his girlfriend. It was an amazing time and I have decided that I want to move there! I want to live in a big city like that! The first day in the big city we went sight seeing. These locations I really saw the city! They call the long street the but crack of San Francisco. It was so overwhelming to see a big city like this. The next we saw was the San Francisco Bridge. That was a sight to see it was amazing to see that man actually made this bridge and how huge it really is. The next place we went was china town and Haight street. It was so rasta I didnt think that it was really that rasta but no joke it was a whole different world then at the end of my trip we went to pier 39 where there was a place where the seals hangout and we went to a restaurant called Bubbagump which they had the greatest seafood and we went around Alcatraz we were trying to get tickets to go on Alcatraz but the tickets were all sold out! This trip was amazing! I love it and I love being there if I do move there I will love living there!

Know Your Rights!!!!!!!!!

There is something going on in our neighborhoods that we maybe are aware and we may not be. There are illegal check points that are being held by by our local police. Police don't want to look for undocumented workers, they want to catch criminals. They want to catch rapist who violate women and young children. They want to catch murders. These checks point are in violation of Human Rights. Human rights that are rightfully given to us the day we are born. There is no such thing as race because our skin color does not make us different species. We all belong to one race and that the Human race. Knowing these truths is important for us know that we have rights that go beyond our nations rights. We have rights that being with our births. These rights cannot be taken away from unless we let them. Saying this I would like to educate all those who are afraid that you will be caught in these illegal check points. Know your rights and what you can do and what you should do:

You have the right to remain silent:
  • If you are arrested, you have the right not to answer questions
  • Do not lie. Only say your real name and: " I need to talk to my lawyer"
If you don't have papers:
  • Do not tell the Officers your legal status.
  • Don't lie.

Know your rights!
If you are detained by immigration or the police:
  • Hand the card to the official, and remain silent. (look below for the card)
  • The card explains that you are exercising your right to refuse to answer any questions until you have consulted a lawyer.
This card should say:
To whom it may concern:
Please be informed that I am choosing to exercise my right to remain silent and the right to refuse to answer your questions. If I am detained, I request to contact an attorney immediately. I am also exercising my right to refuse to sign anything until I consult with my attorney.
